Yaahot Hotel - Yaounde

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Yaounde. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and included a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering my limited French. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, close to key business sites and ministries. It was also situated in a safe area of the city with a decent on-site restaurant, offering both local and Chinese cuisine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a room with a kingsize bed. this hotel provided excellent service, basic amenities, and a great breakfast.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Best aspects include its central location in a safe area of the city, very close to other restaurants, as well as its decent on-site restaurant. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was great.

The rooms are not very comfortable and could use some updates.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of the hotel considering the location. the hotel was in close proximity to several restaurants and shops. the room offered a comfortable and clean bedding and soft towels. there was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection which was a huge plus.

The breakfast was very basic and not much was offered. the bathroom was quite small and the shower was not very user-friendly.

Spacious renovated rooms, clean sheets and towels, efficient AC and Wi-Fi, great breakfast, helpful staff.

Nothing not to love.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, particularly at the reception. They provided helpful information and directions, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a great restaurant with friendly staff, and although the service was a bit slow at times, the food was delicious. The chicken with plantain dish was a standout. Additionally, the amenities were excellent, with efficient laundry service and quick repair service. The room service was also very efficient, with fresh sheets and bedding provided daily. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions in the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel couldn't have been better.

During my recent business trip, I found the hotel to be a great value for money. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. I particularly enjoyed the strong coffee and warm food. The staff were helpful and the Wi-Fi was very strong. The location was also a key factor as it was easy to walk everywhere and there were good taxies available just outside the hotel.
